Delivery rules define "under what conditions specific Shipping methods will be hidden or restricted." A Delivery rule consists of the following 7 elements:
①Title: You can set a rule name for administrative purposes within the app.
②Delivery options: You can set the Shipping methods you wish to hide.
③Locales: You can set the language conditions for hiding the target Shipping methods..
④Customers: You can set the customer conditions for hiding the target Shipping methods..
⑤Products: You can set the product conditions for hiding the target Shipping methods..
⑥Orders: You can set the order conditions for hiding the target Shipping methods..
⑦Status: You can enable or disable the implementation of the restriction.
When the conditions set in the Delivery rule are met, specific Shipping methods on the checkout page can be hidden.
If multiple rules are set, they operate as an "OR condition."
If multiple conditions are set within the same rule, they operate as an "AND condition."
When hiding a shipping method by specifying a name, it will not be hidden if it is a combined delivery name (such as "Shipping").
A single rule can include up to 50 Products.
A single rule can include up to 50 Collections.
However, there is no limit to the number of products within a collection.
If you have many products to restrict, please use Collections or Product tags.
Behavior during restriction varies by Delivery types as follows:
Shipping: Hidden.
Local delivery: Hidden.
Pickup in store: Not hidden; an Alert message is displayed upon selection.
The name of the rule used for managing Payment rules within the app. It is not displayed to customers.
You can set the Shipping methods to be hidden when conditions are met.
Delivery types You can select the Delivery types to hide. Checked types will no longer be visible to users:
Local delivery
Pickup in store
Shipping
Shipping methods Used when you want to hide a specific shipping method. This is only available if "Shipping" is checked under Delivery types.
Exact match: e.g., "Nekopos" (Exact match) → Only "Nekopos" is hidden.
Starts with: e.g., "Yu" (Starts with) → "Yu-Pack," "Yu-Mail," etc., are hidden.
Ends with: e.g., "Bin" (Ends with) → "Hikyaku Express," etc., are hidden.
Contains: e.g., "Parcel" (Contains) → Any method containing "Parcel" is hidden.
Language conditions for hiding Shipping methods.
Customer conditions for hiding Shipping methods:
Guests: Hides for users who are not logged in.
Customers with accounts: Hides for logged-in users.
Customer tags: Hides for users with specific tags.
Customer metafield: Hides based on Namespace, Key, and Value.
Product conditions for hiding Shipping methods:
All items
Specific collections
Specific products
Products with specific tags
Order conditions for hiding Shipping methods:
Order price
Minimum price / Maximum price
Price type:
Cart subtotal (before discounts)
Cart subtotal (after discounts)
Weight
Minimum weight / Maximum weight
Weight unit: Grams (g), Kilograms (kg), Pounds (lb), Ounces (oz).
When product weight unit differs: Convert and include in calculation or Exclude from calculation.
Cart attributes: Restrict when specific attributes are present.
Shipping destination: Restrict when the country matches Selected countries.
There are two types of status:
Enabled: The restriction is implemented according to the rule.
Disabled: No restriction is implemented.
In the Price rule, you can select the "Price type" to be used as the criteria for applying limits. Each type calculates the subtotal differently.
Cart subtotal (before discounts):Only the subtotal amount.
Cart subtotal (after discounts):Total amount of subtotal + discounts (order discounts).
