Limit of $20 or More After Discounts

This page introduces how to set a Price rule so that products can only be purchased when the Cart subtotal (total product price) after coupon discounts is $20 or more.

If you haven't enabled the app embed yet, please enable it from the Setup guide.

By configuring the settings on this page, Eligible items can only be purchased when the "Cart subtotal after discounts is $20 or more". An Alert message will be displayed if a purchase is attempted with a subtotal of less than $20 after discounts.

Example

When adding Eligible items to the cart (or purchasing), the behavior will be as follows depending on the amount:

• Cart subtotal after product discounts is less than $20 → Purchase not possible

• Cart subtotal after product discounts is $20 or more → Purchase possible

Step 1: Create a Price rule

(1) Click "Price rules" from the app's left menu. 

(2) Click "Create" on the Price rules list page. 

(3) Enter the following on the Create Price rule page:

• • Title: Any text

  • Minimum price: Enter "20"

  • Price type: Item total (after product discounts)

  • Applicability: Select "Variant"

  • Eligible items: Select the products or collections you want to restrict

  • Product message: Enter any message

  • Alert message (Minimum price): Enter any message 

(4) Click "Save" in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Enable the Price rule

(1) Click "Enable" in the upper right corner of the screen.
