The currency that can be set in Price rules is the "Store currency".
Where to check Store currency: Settings > Store details > Store currency.
Price limits are applied after converting the purchaser's display currency to the store currency.
The exchange rate used conforms to the rate set in [Settings > Markets].
Up to 50 Products can be specified in a single rule.
Up to 50 Collections can be specified in a single rule.

You can set the price conditions you wish to restrict.
Minimum price: Set the minimum purchase amount.
Maximum price: Set the maximum purchase amount.

Item total (before product discounts): The total list price of the eligible items, before any discounts are applied, is used as the basis for determination.
Item total (after product discounts): The total price of the eligible items, after discounts are applied, is used as the basis for determination.
Cart subtotal: The subtotal of all items in the cart is used as the basis for determination.
Grand total: The final payment amount (including taxes and shipping) is used as the basis for determination.
Applicability: Set the range of applicability for the restriction.

Specific collections: Products included in specific collections will be subject to the restriction.
