Configure using Bundle rules
Up to 50 rules can be created
Each rule can specify up to 50 products
Each rule can specify up to 50 collections.
However, there is no limit on the number of products within a collection. If you need to implement quantity restrictions for a large number of products, please use collections for configuration.
Details of Bundle rule
Title
The name of the rule used to manage rules within the app. This is not displayed to end users.
Within rule
Items can be packaged together within this rule
Products set as target items can be packaged together.
For example, this is used when you want to allow items within a specific collection to be packaged together.
Same vendor
Among the products set as target items, only products from the same seller can be packaged together. Products from different sellers cannot be packaged together.
Same product
Variations included in products set as target items can be packaged together.
For example, if Product A has size variations S, M, and L, this is used when you want to allow Size A and Size B of Product A to be packaged together, but not allow Product A to be packaged with other products.
Individual
Items cannot be packaged with other products.
In the case of Product A mentioned above, this is used when you want to prevent Size A and Size B of Product A from being packaged together.
Complementary
Products cannot be purchased individually and must be bought together with other items.
Use this for items like samples that you don't want to sell individually.
Eligible items
You can set products (or collections) that you want to apply bundling restrictions to.
Excluded Products
You can set products (or collections) that will be exempt from bundling controls. For example, you can exclude items like gift wrapping, and sample products from bundling controls.
Product Message
Enter a message to display near the cart button for products set as "target products."
Alert Message
Enter an alert message to display when a customer attempts to add to cart (or purchase) products that cannot be combined in the same order.
