This page introduces how to restrict orders placed using carrier email addresses.
If you haven't enabled the app embed yet, please enable it from the Setup guide.
By configuring the settings on this page, an Alert message will be displayed when a carrier email address is entered on the checkout page, preventing the order.
On the checkout page, the behavior will be as follows depending on the email address entered by the customer:
Carrier email: Purchase not possible
Non-carrier email: Purchase possible
Please refer to the demo product for this setting.
(1) Click "Customer rules" from the app's left menu.
(2) Click "Create" on the Customer rules page.
(3) Enter any rule name in the Title.
Title is for administrative purposes only and is not displayed to customers.
(4) Check the box for "Block purchases from the email domains below".
(5) Add the Email domain you wish to prohibit from ordering.
The Email domain entered here is determined by an Ends with match. For example, if you add "example.com", "sub.example.com" will also be prohibited.
(6) Select "All items" from Eligible items.
(7) Enter any message in the Product message.
(8) Enter any message in the Alert message.
(9) Click "Save".
(1) Click "Enable" in the upper right corner of the screen.
